Villa Tullia, also known as BRV TUL, is a 6-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located within walking distance from the town of Cortona. This independent, 3-story villa is part of an expansive estate and enjoys breathtaking views of the countryside. This recently and beautifully restored villa features a contemporary look and style. All of the rooms are very bright and airy thanks to wide windows, which open to the views. The kitchen is well equipped. An indoor dining room offers seating for up to 8 guests. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, a towel warmer, and satellite TV. One bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom with a jet shower. The other bedroom on the first floor offers direct access to the panoramic terrace, while 2 bedrooms offer panoramic views. On the same estate is an additional independent cottage, which is suitable for 4 people. The cottage has its own private swimming pool and garden, and can be rented together with the main villa (depending on availability). The cottage houses 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One of the beds is convertible. Each of these properties offers private grounds. A see-through fence borders the swimming pool, which is available from May to September. A patio houses a covered outdoor dining area. This villa also comes with a barbecue, a fireplace, highchair, parking, and WiFi. A washer and dryer are available with permission from the owner.
