Villa Cornelia, also known as BRV COM, is a 12-bedroom villa in Sicily, located 7 kilometers from the beach and a 15-minute drive from the village of Brucoli. This estate is a great starting point for trips to tourist attractions. Surrounded by a lush orchard and gardens, this restored 17th century farmhouse rests on a working 100-hectare farm estate with olive and orange groves, a rich variety of Mediterranean flowers, and even a horse-riding facility. This spacious villa with views of Mt. Etna offers a central courtyard, fountains, many archways, and vibrant interiors with cozy fireplaces. Each sun-filled room has high ceilings, calming hues, and a distinct style. The main villa houses a large living room, a library, salon, a dining room, and a large professional kitchen. The terrace features a large covered dining area. A total of 10 bedrooms are located in the main villa, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are situated in the annex. Each air-conditioned bedroom in the main house has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private entrance via the courtyard. Each air-conditioned annex bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Surrounded by greenery, the swimming pool area is ideal for relaxation with its Turkish bath and sauna. A lawn with loungers surrounds the pool.
