For those who enjoy the snowy weather months, this private estate is ideal for winter activities such as snow shoeing and ice skating, and is perfectly positioned to enjoy nearby popular ski resorts such as Storrs Hills, Whaleback, and Mt. Sunapee, being only 1 hour from Killington, VT. It is an unparalleled experience for all nature lovers, where you can enjoy unlimited opportunities to relax in the beauty of picture postcard perfection. Blue Forest is an ideal location to host your next gathering or family adventure. Plainfield is a great location for folks who want to be removed and yet relatively close to the city, being only two hours from Boston! From fresh spring blossoms, to lush summer greenery, world-famous fall foliage, and pristine white winters, we offer a setting that is unlike any other. The Guest House sleeps a total of six adults and three children. We can accommodate up to two people in each Queen sized upstairs bedroom, and two adults in the King sized bed downstairs, with the ability to sleep up to three children down below in a fourth bedroom complete with a full/twin bunk bed combo. Two additional people may be added to a fold-out couch in the living room, which is by design a very relaxing space to sleep & rest for an additional fee of $250 per person each night. There are four bedrooms total, one of which has a full & twin combo bunk bed for children, three full bathrooms, a sauna, two big living rooms, a large kitchen & dining area with ample seating, a patio with outdoor seating on both a stone terrace and under an attached pond-view gazebo, including a fire pit with surrounding seating for a wonderfully relaxing evening. This outdoor space overlooks the swimming pond, an authentic Japanese "Tea House" nestled around the lawn with pristine forest and gorgeous mountains in the backdrop.
